Prayer   Communication With God

The definition of a “bore” is “someone who does all the talking when I’ve got something to say!”   How often must God be “bored” with His people.   He wants to say something but can’t get a word in edge-ways.   Many suppose prayer to be transmission, where all the talking is done by one person.   There can be no communication without reception!   Let the Christian develop waiting on God to the point where he becomes sensitive to the speaking of the Holy Spirit, where he knows His voice, where communication is established with the believer and His God.

Principles of Leadership

“There they go, I must hasten after them, for I am their leader!”   Leadership in the Christian Church is vastly different from that in the secular world.   While there may no be such a thing as a born leader in the economy of God, leadership has principles which can be learned, mastered and applied.   His finishing school is a wonder to behold.   “The first shall be last.”   The way up is the way down.”   Humble yourself in the mighty hand of God and He will exalt you in due time.   Unless the prospective leader proves him/herself faithful in finance, the least, and that which is another man’s, he will never attract the blessing of God.   No person is required to listen to any person who has not had his life fashioned on the anvil of experience.   Do not seek leadership positions, but rather seek the principles of leadership, for when these things be in you and abound, you will gravitate to become one of God’s great leaders.

Principles of Success  

The word “success” appears only once in the (King James or Authorised Version) of the Bible.   It is predicated with the Word of God, speaking such, meditation, perpetually, behaviour consitant with the Book – THEN!   There is no other way.   Christians are required to think and therefore speak like God.   Isaiah 55:8, 9:   “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.   For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” This alone will attract the rich blessing of God.
