Acts 15:16    After <3326> this <5023> I will return <390> (5692), and <2532> will build again <456> (5692)  the tabernacle <4633> of David <1138>, which <3588> is fallen down <4098> (5761); and <2532> I will build again  <456> (5692) the ruins <2679> (5772) thereof <846>, and <2532> I will set <461> <0> it <846> up <461> (5692):

17  That <3704> <302> the residue <2645> of men <444> might seek after <1567>         (5661) the Lord  <2962>, and <2532> all <3956> the Gentiles <1484>, upon <1909>   whom <3739> my <3450> name <3686> is called  <1941> (5769) <1909> <846>,         saith <3004> (5719) the Lord <2962>, who <3588> doeth <4160>  (5723) all         <3956> these things <5023>.

Resurrection Life:   Divine Healing and Divine Health

Some of these truths had been previously restored to the church but at this time they were reinforced with renewed emphasis.   Seeds for the following revival were also sown at this time.

Joel 2:23    Be glad <01523> (8798) then, ye children <01121> of Zion <06726>, and         rejoice <08055> (8798) in the LORD <03068> your God <0430>: for he hath given         <05414> (8804) you the former rain <04175> moderately <06666>, and he will cause to come down <03381> (8686) for you the rain <01653>, the former rain         <04175>, and the latter rain <04456> in the first <07223>  month. {the former rain         moderately: or, a teacher of righteousness} {moderately: Heb. according to         righteousness}

1 Corinthians 14:8    For <1063> <2532> if <1437> the trumpet <4536> give <1325>   (5632) an uncertain <82> sound <5456>, who <5101> shall prepare himself <3903>   (5695) to <1519> the battle <4171>?

Isaiah 58:1   Cry <07121> (8798) aloud <01627>, spare <02820> (8799) not, lift         <07311> (8685) up thy voice <06963> like a trumpet <07782>, and shew <05046>         (8685) my people <05971> their transgression <06588>, and the house <01004> of         Jacob <03290> their sins <02403>. {aloud: Heb. with the throat}

Jeremiah 4:19   My bowels <04578>, my bowels <04578>! I am pained <02342> (8799)         (8675) <03176> (8686)  at my very <07023> heart <03820>; my heart <03820>         maketh a noise <01993> (8802) in me; I cannot hold my peace <02790>  (8686),    because thou hast heard <08085> (8804), O my soul <05315>, the sound <06963> of         the trumpet <07782>, the alarm <08643>  of war <04421>. {my very…: Heb. the         walls of my heart}

Joel 2:1, 15, 16   Blow <08628> (8798) ye the trumpet <07782> in Zion <06726>, and         sound an alarm <07321> (8685) in my holy <06944> mountain <02022>: let all the inhabitants <03427> (8802) of the land <0776> tremble <07264> (8799) : for the day         <03117> of the LORD <03068> cometh <0935> (8804), for it is nigh at hand         <07138>; {trumpet: or, cornet}

15  Blow <08628> (8798) the trumpet <07782> in Zion <06726>, sanctify <06942> (8761) a fast <06685> , call <07121> (8798) a solemn assembly <06116>:

16  Gather <0622> (8798) the people <05971>, sanctify <06942> (8761) the         congregation <06951>, assemble <06908> (8798) the elders <02205>, gather <0622>   (8798) the children <05768>, and those that suck <03243>  (8802) the breasts         <07699>: let the bridegroom <02860> go forth <03318> (8799) of his chamber         <02315>, and the bride <03618>  out of her closet <02646>.

Revelation 1:10    I was <1096> (5633) in <1722> the Spirit <4151> on <1722> the         Lord’s <2960> day <2250> , and <2532> heard <191> (5656) behind <3694> me         <3450> a great <3173> voice <5456>, as <5613> of a trumpet <4536>,

Revelation 12:7   And <2532> there was <1096> (5633) war <4171> in <1722> heaven         <3772>: Michael <3413>  and <2532> his <846> angels <32> fought <4170> (5656)         against <2596> the dragon <1404>; and <2532> the dragon <1404> fought <4170>         (5656) and <2532> his <846> angels <32>,

1 Corinthians 15:51, 52   Behold <2400> (5628), I shew <3004> (5719) you <5213> a mystery <3466>; We shall <2837>  <0> not <3756> all <3956> <3303> sleep <2837> (5701), but <1161> we shall <236> <0> all <3956> be changed <236> (5691),

52  In <1722> a moment <823>, in <1722> the twinkling <4493> of an eye <3788>, at     <1722> the last  <2078> trump <4536>: for <1063> the trumpet shall sound <4537>         (5692), and <2532> the dead <3498> shall be raised  <1453> (5701) incorruptible         <862>, and <2532> we <2249> shall be changed <236> (5691).

This trumpet is the seventh, the LAST!   It sounds over a period of time.   Many Christians are waiting for this trumpet to sound.   The prior MUST sound first!

Revelation 10:7   But <235> in <1722> the days <2250> of the voice <5456> of the seventh <1442> angel <32>, when  <3752> he shall begin <3195> (5725) to sound         <4537> (5721), <2532> the mystery <3466> of God <2316> should be finished <5055> (5686), as <5613> he hath declared <2097> (5656) to his <1438> servants         <1401> the prophets <4396>.

Begins to sound.

Revelation 11:15   And <2532> the seventh <1442> angel <32> sounded <4537> (5656);    and <2532> there were <1096>  (5633) great <3173> voices <5456> in <1722>   heaven <3772>, saying <3004> (5723), The kingdoms <932>  of this world <2889>         are become <1096> (5633) the kingdoms of our <2257> Lord <2962>, and <2532> of         his <846>  Christ <5547>; and <2532> he shall reign <936> (5692) for <1519> ever        <165> and ever <165>.

Sounded.   Completed, finished sounding.   [Start and Finish]

A trumpet speaks of the heralding of a message.   It is symbolic of the prophetic voice.

The purpose of the Feast of Trumpets was to gather the people together to the door of the tabernacle in preparation for the approaching Day of Atonement (the greatest day on the Hebrew calendar).

Isaiah 40:5    And the glory <03519> of the LORD <03068> shall be revealed <01540>         (8738), and all flesh <01320> shall see  <07200> (8804) it together <03162>: for the         mouth <06310> of the LORD <03068> hath spoken <01696> (8765)  it.

John 10:9   I <1473> am <1510> (5748) the door <2374>: by <1223> me <1700> if         <1437> any man  <5100> enter in <1525> (5632), he shall be saved <4982> (5701),         and <2532> shall go in <1525> (5695) and  <2532> out <1831> (5695), and <2532>         find <2147> (5692) pasture <3542>.

This indeed is what is transpiring today.   The Feast of Trumpets is being fulfilled.   The trumpet is sounding,   A distinctive message is being preached.   It is the believer's responsibility to hear the trumpet message and prepare for that which lies ahead.

There is a world-wide gathering to Jesus, the door.   This is in readiness for the greatest day in the history of the Christian Church.  That day is yet future:   it lies immediately before us.

Exodus 15:3   The LORD <03068> is a man <0376> of war <04421>: the LORD     <03068> is his name <08034>.

Joel 3:9    Proclaim <07121> (8798) ye this among the Gentiles <01471>; Prepare   <06942> (8761) war <04421>, wake up <05782> (8685) the mighty men <01368>,         let all the men <0582> of war <04421> draw near <05066> (8799); let them come up         <05927> (8799): {Prepare: Heb. Sanctify}

The two trumpets were fashioned from one piece of silver.   This metal speaks of redemption.   Jesus is the one pieces of silver:   the church  emerged from His side.   Silver was used for the atonement money.   This was the redemption price.

Exodus 30:15    The rich <06223> shall not give more <07235> (8686), and the poor        <01800> shall not give less <04591>  (8686) than half <04276> a shekel <08255>,         when they give <05414> (8800) an offering <08641> unto the LORD <03068> , to    make an atonement <03722> (8763) for your souls <05315>. {give more: Heb.         multiply} {give less: Heb. diminish}

1 Peter 1:18, 19   Forasmuch as ye know <1492> (5761) that <3754> ye were <3084> <0> not <3756> redeemed <3084>  (5681) with corruptible things <5349>, as silver <694> and <2228> gold <5553>, from <1537> your <5216>  vain <3152> conversation <391> received by tradition from your fathers <3970>;

19  But <235> with the precious <5093> blood <129> of Christ <5547>, as <5613> of a         lamb <286> without blemish <299> and <2532> without spot <784>:

Genesis 3:21-23   Unto Adam <0120> also and to his wife <0802> did the LORD <03068> God <0430> make <06213> (8799)  coats <03801> of skins <05785>, and clothed them <03847> (8686).

22   And the LORD <03068> God <0430> said <0559> (8799), Behold <02005>, the man <0120> is become as one <0259> of us, to know <03045> (8800) good <02896> and evil <07451>: and now, lest he put forth <07971> (8799)  his hand <03027>, and take <03947> (8804) also of the tree <06086> of life <02416>, and eat <0398> (8804), and live <02425> (8804) for ever <05769>:

23  Therefore the LORD <03068> God <0430> sent him forth <07971> (8762) from the garden <01588> of Eden <05731> , to till <05647> (8800) the ground <0127> from whence he was taken <03947> (8795).

John 19:34   But <235> one <1520> of the soldiers <4757> with a spear <3057> pierced   <3572> (5656) his  <846> side <4125>, and <2532> forthwith <2117> came there       out <1831> (5627) blood <129> and <2532> water  <5204>.

Ephesians 5:23-32   For <3754> the husband <435> is <2076> (5748) the head <2776> of the wife <1135>, even <2532>  as <5613> Christ <5547> is the head <2776> of the church <1577>: and <2532> he <846> is <2076> (5748)  the saviour <4990> of the body <4983>.

24  Therefore <235> as <5618> the church <1577> is subject <5293> (5743) unto Christ <5547>, so  <3779> <2532> let the wives <1135> be to their own <2398> husbands <435> in <1722> every thing <3956>.

 25 Husbands <435>, love <25> (5720) your <1438> wives <1135>, even as <2531> Christ <5547>  also <2532> loved <25> (5656) the church <1577>, and <2532> gave <3860> (5656) himself <1438> for <5228> it <846>;

26  That <2443> he <846> might sanctify <37> (5661) and cleanse it <2511> (5660) with the washing  <3067> of water <5204> by <1722> the word <4487>,

27  That <2443> he might present <3936> (5661) it <846> to himself <1438> a glorious <1741> church  <1577>, not <3361> having <2192> (5723) spot <4696>, or <2228> wrinkle <4512>, or <2228> any <5100>  such thing <5108>; but <235> that <2443> it should be <5600> (5753) holy <40> and <2532> without blemish <299>.

28  So <3779> ought <3784> (5719) men <435> to love <25> (5721) their <1438> wives  <1135> as <5613> their own <1438> bodies <4983>. He that loveth <25> (5723) his <1438> wife <1135> loveth  <25> (5719) himself <1438>.

29  For <1063> no man <3762> ever yet <4218> hated <3404> (5656) his own <1438> flesh <4561> ; but <235> nourisheth <1625> (5719) and <2532> cherisheth <2282> (5719) it <846>, even as <2531> <2532> the Lord <2962> the church <1577>:

30  For <3754> we are <2070> (5748) members <3196> of his <846> body <4983>, of <1537> his <846> flesh <4561>, and <2532> of <1537> his <846> bones <3747>.

31  For <473> this cause <5127> shall <2641> <0> a man <444> leave <2641> (5692) his  <846> father <3962> and <2532> mother <3384>, and <2532> shall be joined <4347> (5701) unto <4314> his  <846> wife <1135>, and <2532> they two <1417> shall be <2071> (5704) one <1519> <3391> flesh <4561> .

32  This <5124> is <2076> (5748) a great <3173> mystery <3466>: but <1161> I <1473> speak <3004> (5719) concerning <1519> Christ <5547> and <1519> <2532> the church <1577>

Clear, Distinct Messages Had to be Sounded

Revelation 2:29    He that hath <2192> (5723) an ear <3775>, let him hear <191> (5657)     what <5101> the Spirit  <4151> saith <3004> (5719) unto the churches <1577>.

Mark 4:23, 24    If any man <1536> have <2192> (5719) ears <3775> to hear <191> (5721), let him hear <191> (5720).

24  And <2532> he said <3004> (5707) unto them <846>, Take heed <991> (5720) what         <5101>  ye hear <191> (5719): with <1722> what <3739> measure <3358> ye mete         <3354> (5719), it shall be measured <3354>  (5701) to you <5213>: and <2532>   unto you <5213> that hear <191> (5723) shall more be given <4369>  (5701).

What has to do with quantity.

Luke 8:18   Take heed <991> (5720) therefore <3767> how <4459> ye hear <191>         (5719): for <1063> whosoever <3739> <302> hath <2192> (5725), to him <846>     shall be given <1325> (5701); and <2532> whosoever <3739> <302> hath <2192>         (5725) not <3361>, from <575> him <846> shall be taken <142> (5701)  even       <2532> that which <3739> he seemeth <1380> (5719) to have <2192> (5721).         {seemeth…: or, thinketh that he hath}

How has to do with quality.

The Bible teaches that the Christian has two sets of ears.   He has natural ears.   He also has ears in his spirit.   It is in relation to the last pair of ears that the Lord Jesus is speaking in the foregoing Scriptures.   It is imperative that the believer hear the message that is spoken by the Spirit.   It is vitally important that it be understood.

Fifteen times did the Lord Jesus utter the statement, He That Hath Ears to Hear Let Him Hear.   Seven occurrences took place on earth during the days of His earthly ministry.   These references are:

Matthew 11:15   He that hath <2192> (5723) ears <3775> to hear <191> (5721), let him    hear <191> (5720).

Matthew 13:9   Who <3588> hath <2192> (5723) ears <3775> to hear <191> (5721), let    him hear <191> (5720).

Matthew 13:43   Then <5119> shall the righteous <1342> shine forth <1584> (5692) as         <5613> the sun <2246> in  <1722> the kingdom <932> of their <846> Father         <3962>. Who <3588> hath <2192> (5723) ears <3775> to hear <191> (5721), let    him hear <191> (5720).

Mark 4:23    If any man <1536> have <2192> (5719) ears <3775> to hear <191> (5721),         let him hear <191> (5720).

Mark 7:16    If any man <1536> have <2192> (5719) ears <3775> to hear <191> (5721),         let him hear <191> (5720).

Luke 8:8     And <2532> other <2087> fell <4098> (5627) on <1909> good <18> ground         <1093>, and  <2532> sprang up <5453> (5651), and bare <4160> (5656) fruit         <2590> an hundredfold <1542>. And when he had said  <3004> (5723) these things         <5023>, he cried <5455> (5707), He that hath <2192> (5723) ears <3775> to hear          <191> (5721), let him hear <191> (5720).

Luke 14:35    It is <2076> (5748) neither <3777> fit <2111> for <1519> the land         <1093>, nor yet <3777>  for <1519> the dunghill <2874>; but men cast <906>     (5719) it <846> out <1854>. He that hath <2192>  (5723) ears <3775> to hear <191>     (5721), let him hear <191> (5720).

These words were never uttered by a human being!
